A MILFORD Haven man has been handed a restraining order after threatening destructive damage to a property belonging to residents in the Pembrokeshire town.

Christopher Sizer, of Precelly Place, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 14.

On March 3 at Milford Haven without lawful excuse, he threatened to smash the windows and kick the doors belonging to a couple, intending that they would fear that the threat would be carried out.

His guilty plea being taken into account, Sizer was sentenced to a 12-month community order together with a two-year restraining order and year’s non-residential weekly alcohol treatment as directed by DDAS.

Added to a fine of £100 were costs of £85 and a surcharge of £114.
