THE case of a care worker at Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest, accused of ill-treating or wilfully neglecting an individual, will be heard at Swansea Crown Court.

The case of Hamza Alnaqshabandi, of Market Street, came before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on March 31, with an indicated plea of not guilty or none.

The care worker is accused of ill-treating or wilfully neglecting an individual at Haverfordwest on May 6, 2025, contrary to section 20(1) and (2) of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015.

The 35-year-old was sent on unconditional bail to Crown Court for plea and trial preparation under Section 51(1) & (2)(b) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998, the hearing to take place on May 1.
