Many thanks to Margaret A. Brown for sending us this photograph of The Green, Pennar, Pembroke Dock, taken after a party of all the families in the Council Houses and some other streets on the day of the Coronation in June 1953.

"A lot of the parents may have passed away now, but others in the picture may recognise themselves in the photograph," said Margaret.

"I was only nine when the photograph was taken, but I can recognise myself, one of my sisters and my brother, as well as many of the others in the picture, but I can not give you all the names. I still live in Pennar and some of the others do too, and I am sure others are still living in the area."
