A PEMBROKESHIRE workshop on May 7 focuses on anxiety and how it can affect autistic/ALN/ADHD young people pre- and post-assessment.

Hosted by ASD Family Help - Pembrokeshire, the workshop takes place on Thursday, May 7, 10am-12 noon at Phoenix Community Centre, Phoenix Park, Wern Road, Goodwick, SA64 0AA.

The free workshop is aimed at parents and carers to enable them to share and, by the end of the session, have some strategies and resources on how to support their children with managing anxiety and their wellbeing.

A user led, independent and voluntary group, ASD Family Help - Pembrokeshire offers support, advice and activities for autistic and neurodiverse individuals or those with learning difficulties, plus their parents, siblings and professionals.
