Plans to spruce-up Tenby’s train station platform with a new mosaic are in the pipeline.

At a recent meeting of Tenby Town Council, members agreed in principle to designs for a new mosaic to be displayed at Tenby railway staton, after Clr. Tracey Evans suggested that something more colourful might enhance the station, after being involved with the mosaic project at Tenby Church in Wales VC?Primary School.

Paul Webb, the artist who created the mosaic at the school, attended the meeting, where he presented his ideas.

The council agreed with the ideas, but felt that the views of Transport for Wales were needed before the matter could be progressed further.
