Pembroke Dock’s Napoleonic-era cannon stolen from the site of the former Cleddau Bridge Hotel has been returned.
Dyfed-Powys Police received a call on March 21 reporting that one of the cannons had been stolen.
However local county councillor Josh Beynon offered a ‘big massive thank you’ to PCSO Nadia Lloyd yesterday (Thursday) for helping to facilitate the return of the cannon to the hotel grounds.
“Anyone who knows Nadia, knows she is extremely helpful and I cannot thank her enough,” he posted on social media.
“This is a piece of Pembroke Dock’s history and I am pleased to see it back. Photographic evidence provided!“ added Clr. Beyond.
