Money raised by staff at Ks Kitchen's, on Pembroke Dock's Water Street, who all wore Christmas jumpers for the last week, has been kindly presented to Clr. Peter Kraus towards funds for the Children's Outside Play Park at Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest.
The staff raised £35 towards the cause by dressing in their festive attire.
"I have never met staff who are so bubbly and enjoy what they do so much," said Clr. Kraus.
"This is the second company to come on board and try and help us achieve our goal of £60,000 for the Children's Play Park, and it would be fantastic if more companies joined us to make this a community effort where everyone gets involved.
"Let us get our Play Park open and give them what they deserve and that is the best.
"I absolutely love calling at the Children's Ward and seeing what a fantastic job the doctors and nurses do.
"That is why I am so determined to fulfil the task of building the Play Park and seeing all those lovely children happy again," he added.
Clr. Kraus and all at Ward 9 would like to wish a happy new year to everyone.
