Our Blast from the Past takes a different angle this week. Three years ago, ‘The Army Children of the First World War’ project was launched as a contribution to the First World War Centenary Partnership’s programme to inspire young and old to connect with the lives, stories and impact of the First World War. The latest addition to the ‘A Sentimental View’ album is a comic postcard sent by a brother in Burry Port to his sister in Clynderwen exactly 100 years ago.
