The children in Adran yr Urdd Penfro enjoyed a visit last Friday from SW2U who brought along a variety of different snakes, lizards and tortoises for the children to learn about and handle. The children thoroughly enjoyed this, with many being brave and holding the snakes and lizards. It was an excellent way to welcome the children back after the Easter break. The Adran has now been going for half a term and has proved popular with the children. It's a youth group run in the medium of Welsh to encourage the children to use the language out of the classroom, and see it as a living everyday language.
