A Tenby man is set to go on trial after denying an obstruction charge.
Thirty-five-year-old Robert Peter Goldsworthy of Devonshire Drive appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, charged with obstructing/resisting a constable in the execution of their duty in Penally on May 5.
Mr. Goldsworthy who pleaded not guilty to the offence was released on unconditional bail and told to appear back in court on September 25 for the trial.
