Dyfed-Powys Police is currently involved in an extensive multi-agency search after two people got into difficulties in the water at Neyland Marina yesterday (Sunday).
It is believed a man entered the water on Sunday afternoon and got into trouble, with a woman attempting to assist. She returned to shore alone.
Efforts are now focusing on tracing the man.
The call came in to HM Coastguard at around 3.45pm on Sunday, July 29. A multi-agency search and rescue was commenced, including HM Coastguard’s search and rescue helicopter from St Athan, along with Angle lifeboat, Dyfed Powys Police, Mid and West Wales Fire Service and other local resources.
The search resumed at first light this morning and is continuing.
