THOMAS Tudor, County Councillor for Haverfordwest’s Castle Ward, said it was very beneficial and informative to meet with Sergeant Andrew Williams from the local Neighbourhood Policing and Prevention Team.
Sgt Williams’ role involves overseeing local policing efforts including anti-social behaviour (ASB), road safety and business interaction, and tackling the illegal use of e-Scooters and electric bikes.
“I was able to convey both my constituents’ and my own concerns about policing issues within Haverfordwest, including the sudden escalation of anti-social behaviour in the centre of our wonderful town,” Cllr Tudor said.
Current priorities for the Haverfordwest Section are:
- Tackling ASB in the community;
- High visibility patrols and business interaction to reduce shoplifting; and
- Tackling the illegal use of E-Scooters and Electric Bikes.
