A Pembroke Dock man is set to go on trial next month after denying a fraud charge.

Forty-year-old, Patrick Gareth Smith of Bush Street appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday to plead not guilty to a charge of fraud by false representation.

It is alleged that the offence took place between February 12, 2017 and September 4, 2018 when Mr. Smith allegedly used the bank details of his victim to purchase items for himself.

The defendant was ordered to appear at Swansea Crown Court on September 20 for the trial and was released on unconditional bail.
