A twenty-four-year-old man accused of assaulting two police officers in Tenby, is set to go on trial next month, after denying the offences.
James Raoul Kristopher O’Duibhir, of Halesowen, Dudley, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, to plead not guilty to two assault charges against a male and female officer in the town on May 15.
The defendant also denied a charge of behaving in an indecent manner by making lewd, personal and derogatory comments towards the female officer.
Mr. O’Duibhir who was released on unconditional bail, will now face a trial in the Haverfordwest court on July 6.
