Arrest warrant issued for alleged shoplifter

An arrest warrant has been issued to a Milford Haven man who failed to appear in court this week to answer an allegation of shoplifting.

Thirty-one-year-old Thomas John Picton, of Chestnut Way, was due to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, charged with the theft of a gilet to the value of £85 from Tredz in Milford Haven, on October 17, but he failed to attend the hearing.

Magistrates issued an arrest warrant for the defendant, without bail.
