An arrest warrant has been issued for a 50-year-old Tenby man who was due to appear in court this week to face charges relating to benefit fraud.

Magistrates issued the warrant without bail for Nathan Toseland, of Trafalgar Road, after he failed to appear for a scheduled hearing at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday.

Mr. Toseland is charged with two counts of dishonestly failing to disclose information to Pembrokeshire County Council regarding Council Tax and housing benefit claims, between August 29, 2011 and December 2, 2012; and one count of dishonestly failing to disclose information to the Department of Work and Pensions, between November 9, 2011 and August 28, 2012.

He was also charged with two counts of fraud by false representations.
