A teenager who breached a community order has had his case adjourned.
Nineteen-year-old Daniel Bain, of Hemel Hempstead, (formerly of Tenby) was due to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Monday to answer the charge.
It is alleged that the defendant failed to attend an unpaid work appointment on April 8 and a planned office visit on October 15.
It is also alleged that the defendant failed to provide acceptable evidence to say why he missed the scheduled appointments.
The original community order was made by Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on February 12 when Mr. Bain was living in Tenby at the time.
He committed offences including theft and criminal damage when he went on a spray painting spree in Tenby - graffitiing the words ‘Tenby BMT’ on the side of a hotel as well as male genitalia, which led to the community order being imposed.
Probation officer, Julie Norman said she wanted the case adjourned as the summons had been sent to his old address in Tenby where he was no longer residing.
She also said that his case hadn’t been transferred to the probation office in Hemel Hempstead. The case was adjourned to November 25.
