Jemma Nand-Lal from Tenby and pictured as the first girl on the left, has earned a place on the Wales Schools golf team for a third consecutive year.

Her selection was confirmed by her performance as the Girls runner-up in the gross score category, during the recent qualifying event at Cradoc Golf Club.

The annual match played against England, took place at Llanwern Golf Club in Gwent on August 25. It was a high calibre game with some of the country’s leading junior golfers on display.

Despite showcasing impressive skills from the Welsh team, watched by a large audience, England ultimately triumphed with a narrow victory, finishing with a score of 11.5 points to Wales’ 9.5 points.

The annual event marked Jemma's final appearance as a Junior golfer, and we’d like to wish her every continued success as she transitions into amateur ladies’ golf.
