SOSPAN RUNNERS PEMBREY 10 mile Trial Run - , Stephanie Waring, Anto O’Hara, Jo Brace, Lauren Johns, Lisa Day, Ceris Hewlings and Jessie Davies.

CHILLY DUATHLON CASTLE COMBE RACE CIRCUIT -Vicky Jones. This was a two mile run, 10 mile bike and another two mile run. Vicky came 9th lady overall and 2nd Vet in age group.

NEYLAND DUATHLON -Kath Devonald Brace did the Bike leg with a friend.
