Another fantastic weekend for Tenby Aces.

Tough Runner UK’s Wildflower Duathlon: Held in the National Botanical Gardens, Llanarthney - 5km run/28km bike/5 km run. The run course took place within the spectacular Botanic Gardens and the bike course boasted of rolling hills surrounded by stunning farm lands.

Running acorss Dinham bridge before ‘Storming the Castle!

Philippa Graham in 3:48:35, Richard Graham 4;20:28, Zoe McBeth and Chris Chris McBeth 4:56:56, Richard Slate and son Morgan Harwood Slate in 5:35 - a great time as it was only two weeks after they did the Manchester Marathon and in such hot conditions, raising monies for their charities.
