THE CHILLY SPRINT DUATHLON

Vicky Jones and Andy Adamson took part in a two- mile run/10-mile bike/two-mile run around the Castle Combe Race Circuit in Chippenham. Very well done both - Vicky finishing in 59 minutes 30 seconds closely followed by Andy in one hour 24 seconds. Vicky says it lived up to its name, but was fun. Well done both.

TENBY CC DUATHLON

Tomorrow (Saturday) starting at 9 am from the Salterns Car Park, Tenby. A four-mile run followed by an 18-mile cycle and repeating the four-mile run. Jon from Tenby CC says it is a fun event and all welcome. Please see Aces Facebook page for further information.

Etiquette and Maintenance Evening

Monday, February 26, 7-9 pm, at the new Tenby Church in Wales VC Primary School, Heywood Lane. For new to experienced cyclists, this session will go through the club’s road cycling etiquette and basic bike maintenance. It will be extremely useful for those new to cycling, but also experienced riders who need a little refresher. We would love to see as many people there as possible.
