Both sets of forwards battled from the first whistle but it would be Milford who quickly seized the first opportunity to open the score with a try that was converted.
After several attempts to break through the defence Milford final created enough space out wide to cross for try two and extend the lead to 14-0.
Tenby were trying everything to swing the momentum their way, some impressive runs by the likes of Sophie, Lewis and Owen saw Tenby for the first time in the game sustain a period of pressure in Milfords half. But when the ref deemed Tenby to be coming in from the side at the breakdown Milford regained possession and quick hands caught the Seasiders off guard and allowed Milford to run in try number three.
A fourth try saw the hosts go into the break 28-0 up.
Tenby fought hard after the interval and their work rate was impressive working together as a team to try and gain some vital territory but Milford were to be the team to score first in the second half.
To the seasiders credit they never let their heads drop , and they were able to put some good phases together, with the backs starting to use their speed to cut through the Milford defence.
When some off side decisions went the Seasiders way they began to build their own bit of pressure and once the ball found the hands of Lewis he showed his strength to power over the line and get Tenby a well deserved try to leave the final score at 33-5 to Milford.

The Seasiders welcomed Crymych to the Clicketts on Sunday.
Tenby had the initial advantage with a good period of pressure within Crymch’s 22 and Dan was unlucky not to score after a really strong run that was halted just shy of the tryline. Keeping up the momentum however with quick recycling of the ball at the ruck, saw Rhys S used his strength to drive through the visitors defence and get first blood for the black and reds! Fin successfully converted.
Eddie made two try-saving tackles in quick succession, keeping Tenby’s lead secure, while the pack of - Iwan; Cody; Sonny; Rhys S; Tom W; Deri and Rhydian were working really hard controlling the play in centre of the field.
Tom Y and Cemylyn, as is their usual style, showed the Crymych side some fierce tackling and fast feet, with Paddy, Dan; Ieuan and Nathan (in his first ever competitive game) finding great space and using the width of the pitch to the best advantage.
After the break Crymych managed to break through the Tenby defence to score their own try, which went uncoverted.
This spurred the home side on again and the whole team worked well as a unit with good line formation, to enable Cody to drive over the line for Tenby’s second try of the match, again successfully converted by Fin.
Consistent pressure and patience by the Seasiders paid off, and after a whole effort of effective rucking, driving, recycling and passing, Rhys S scored his second try of the game, with Fin converting three out of three.
To their credit, Crymych didn’t lose their determination and they ran in a second try of their own, which was unconverted to leave the final score 21-10 to Tenby.
