Over the summer Sport Pembrokeshire hosted four come-and-try wheelchair rugby sessions.

These proved very successful and last Wednesday, 11 volunteers attended a course providing an introduction to wheelchair rugby training.

Sport Pembrokeshire - Pembrokeshire County Council’s sport development section - is now looking at the funding possibilities of purchasing wheelchair rugby chairs to set up a club in Pembrokeshire.

Ten-year-old Libi Phillips from Spittal already travels to Llandarcy every weekend to play wheelchair rugby for the Ospreys.
