Congratulations to boxer Leigh Wood who has been training in Pembrokeshire after winning his televised bout on Saturday night, taking the commonwealth title.

Leigh, who hails from Nottingham recently decided to contact his old trainer Ian Grant from Elite Boxing, now training out of the Pembrokeshire Powerlifting facility in Cresselly.

Over the past eight weeks, Leigh has been pushed to his limits at Pembrokeshire Powerlifting in preparation for the fight.
