Something must have trickled into the water at Lawrenny, as no sooner did one player smash a brilliant century in a league game, then another joins in the fun, too, as Joe Kidney slammed a superb 109 against Llangwm to help them post a commanding 249-5.
James Buckle was also in the runs, hitting 51 not out, while Andrew Cole hit 33.
It wasn't enough to see them win, however, as Steven Inward produced a batting masterclass in hitting 149 not out to help Llangwm win by seven wickets.
After scoring runs for fun for the majority of the season, Narberth tripped over at Carew to be bowled out for 93.
Only Ollie Cook with 31 made any impact with the bat as the Carew bowlers ripped through the batting as though they were playing on a minefield, with Rhys Davies taking 4-38 and Tom Davies 3-14.
This obviously wasn't the case, however, as the home side romped to a seven-wicket victory thanks to Tim Hicks's unbeaten 46.
Whitland had no problems in scoring runs at Cresselly after they flayed the home team attack to be bowled out for 257, with Simon Cole taking 4-81.
Dylan Blain scored 55, Ed John 47, David Dunfee 33 and Kevin Pearce 26 in the imposing total, yet the home team still managed to win as they lost just six wickets in reaching 261.
Cole not only starred with the ball, but with the bat, too, stroking an imperious 74 not out, while Nick Davies hit 50 in sealing the win.
In division two, Whitland seconds beat Stackpole after they bowled out the visitors for 171, with Dave Lee taking three wickets and he was on form with the bat, too, scoring 80 out of the home team's total of 173, with Wayne Jones also hitting 40 not out and Paul Webb 31.
For Stackpole, James Adie scored 58.
Pembroke beat Carew seconds after Rob Weston's 95 helped them to 223-9. Lewis Hicks took 3-36 for the visitors, but their batting was no match for the home team's bowlers as Jack Harries took 4-30 and Weston 3-2 to be bowled out for 77.
Lamphey were crushed by nine wickets against Cresselly seconds after being bowled out for 134, with Matthew Lewis taking 5-26. Only Grant Cole with 25 and Peter McGilloway with 22 showed any resistance with the bat.
In reply, Lamphey's bowlers were flayed around the park by Harry Thomas, who hit 59 not out, and George Wilkins, who hit 56.
Saundersfoot hammered Haverfordwest seconds after bowling the visitors out for 122 and passing it for nine wickets.
Jack Franklin took 3-14 for the home side and Dai Davies 3-30, while Paul Mansbridge struck 80 not out.
Narberth seconds were bowled out for 126 at home to Camrose and Spittal and could only take five wickets in the visitors' reply as they won with ease.
Owen Richards top scored for the home side, while Mike Williams hit 21, but the total was never going to trouble the visitors, who have found some form of late.
Pembroke Dock were bowled out for 139 at Herbrandston, despite Jake Griffiths scoring 31 and Glyn Griffiths 50, with the home side passing it for six wickets, while Johnston seconds managed a draw at home to their counterparts from Saundersfoot, who scored 207-6 thanks to Danny James's 71 and Simon Stanford's 49.
In reply, the home side limped to 133-4.
Kilgetty's batsmen seem to have gone on a run frenzy of late, scoring 299 last week and 252 the weekend just gone. Ross Hardy was the hero this week, hitting 172 not out and then took seven wickets in Fishguard's response as they were bowled out for 144.
Andrew Edwards was on fire for St. Clears as he struck an imperious 86 in their total of 215 all out, with James Ingleton hitting 49 as they made Neyland seconds toil in the sun.
It wasn't enough, though, as the visitors eased passed the total for the loss of three wickets for a demoralising defeat for the home side.
Carew thirds had the better of a draw at home to Burton seconds, scoring 213-7 and restricting the visitors to 184-9.
Jeremy Griffiths scored 79 for the home side and Thomas Lewis and Adam Hughes 32 and 34, respectively, while Aled Davies and Iori Hicks took two wickets apiece in the reply.
Cresselly thirds bounced back from last week's annihilation against Kilgetty to beat Hook seconds.
They bowled the home side out for 132, with Megan Jenkins taking 4-36, before Steve Wilkins scored 49 not out and Glyn Cole 26 not out in the reply.
Lawrenny seconds, meanwhile, drew at Haverfordwest thirds after hitting 185-9 thanks to Steve Campbell's 58 and Adrian Harries's 40, before restricting the home side to 146-7 as Ivan Lesnianski and Denzil Hughes both took two wickets.
Narberth thirds won against Camrose and Spittal's seconds after chasing down the home side's 159-7 for the loss of six wickets.
Roland Griffiths took 3-35 for the visitors, while Daniel Hughes struck 37, Paul Phillips 32 and Emyr Jenkins 28 to secure the points.
Pembroke Dock seconds drew against Hundleton after the visitors hit 316-5 thanks to John Williams's epic 158 and Scott Richards's 57.
Peter Kingdom struck a classy 85 in reply and James Olyott 44 after Paul Edwards took 3-17 to restrict the home side to 178-8.
Stackpole seconds beat Pembroke after hitting 172-9, with Lewis Gibby hitting 41 and Roger Lewis 36, while Andrew Price took 3-30 for the visitors.
He was on fire with the bat, too, scoring 46 in the away team's 122 all out.
Meanwhile, in division six, Whitland thirds were bowled out for 87 at Burton thirds in reply to the home team's 118 all out, with Hefin Thomas taking 4-1.
Kilgetty seconds drew with Hundleton away after setting the home side 216 to win and restricting them to 202-5.
Jack Turner scored 64 for Kilgetty and Harry Phillips 43, while Jack Waters was also in the runs as he scored 33.
For Hundleton, Steve Williams hit 54, Steve John 32 and David Lockyear the same, while Stuart McNiffe hit 30, before Riaan Strydom took 4-64 and Robin Walkey 3-39.
