27 players turned up with some good darts thrown on the night.
Losing quarter finalists were: Stuart Allen (Kssc), Cheryl Cole (Lawrenny Arms), Clive Jones (Rfc Otters) and Paul James (Raob A); Losing semi-finalists both from Wiseman’s Bridge were Bob Beecham and Justin Stevens.
The final went all the way with a 3-2 win for Brian Cullen (Kssc) going out in the last leg on the bull against Ben Cloake (Lawrenny Arms).

League Dinner And Presentation Night
This season celebrates 50 years of the league, and it’s hoped that former committee members and distinguished players would like to attend along with the current batch of players.
All teams currently in the league have received their menu’s and should make sure that are filled in and handed with payment at the RAOB on Monday, May 13.
The dinner itself will take place at the Plas Hyfred on Saturday, May 18 meeting up at 7.30 pm for an 8 pm sit down.

Gazelle Charity Singles
Last Sunday the annual charity event took place at Narberth RFC, although only 27 players turned up, a decent amount of money was raised on the night towards seven year old Daniel Meredith from Clynderwyn who suffers from Cerebal Palsy.
Currently the amount is over £630, but will be finalised by the end of the week.
On Monday a presentation cheque will be made at the RAOB at 7.30 pm, and a list of all the businesses who donated raffle prizes, and individual people and pubs who donated money will be printed in next week’s edition.
Many thanks to the winners of the darts knockout who all returned their prize money.
