Our spring series of lessons have been extremely well attended, with over 50 juniors taking part every Saturday over the last six weeks.
The Tiny Tigers have spent a lot of time working on their alignment and course etiquette and will be taking to the course after the half-term break.
Our girls spent half of their time on the course learning about club selection and course management. After the half-term they will be starting to play their own three, six and nine-hole competitions.
The junior 1st team has seen a strong influx of players, with 18 boys now registered. As well as coaching on Saturdays, they have been playing competitions every Sunday, with nearly half now owning a CONGU handicap.
We now have our spring break with the first lesson of the summer period starting on June 25. We will, however, be holding our presentation evening at 5 pm on Friday, June 10. All current academy members are asked to be at the club for 4.30 pm, with our younger juniors playing three holes and our 1st team squad playing a nine-hole competition.
