A bitterly cold Saturday morning at the Greenhill Astroturf saw Kilgetty AFC Under 8s host a match against the youngsters representing Narberth Stripes.

In an energetic and entertaining game, with the players showing great ball skills and effort, Kilgetty took the lead with a superb strike from Alfie, set up by Kiaran.

Ffion on the left for Narberth was a constant threat to the Kilgetty goal, but the scored remained 1-0 at half-time.

The second half proved to be a more open affair, with Stripes scoring through Anna, Charlie and Dara allowing Narberth to run out final winners by four goals to three.

Well done to both teams who played consistently well in a truly competitive and friendly manner.
