Due to the weather, the St. Florence pitch was too wet to play on. Luckily, St Florence had a kind offer to play their match against Kilgetty at the Penally playing field. With the St Florence girls under 14s having not played for eight weeks, they were grateful that they were able to play.

The St. Florence girls started quickly, with Halle scoring a hat-trick in the first 10 minutes. It was soon five-nil, with a goal from Ellie and another from Halle.

With St. Florence looking like they were going to score with every attack, all the players in the team were given a chance to play up front.

Ella Thomas, who normally plays in defence, managed to get on the scoresheet when she put the ball in the back of the net after another shot by Halle was saved.

Halle, who had obviously brought her shooting boots with her, managed to score seven goals in total, a highlight coming with a great header from a corner which flew into the net.

Ellie got two goals in the end, with the score finishing 10-0.

With the game finishing with time left to play, the girls all mixed together to finish off.
