Narberth picked up their first win of the season with a solid 4-1 victory at home to Angle.

In stark contrast to the visitors, the start to this season has not been a good one for the Bluebirds, with nothing to show for their efforts prior to this game.

Carew travelled to Neyland and came away with nothing following a 3-1 defeat. Their misery was compounded after scoring an own goal for the winners.

In division two, Saundersfoot Sports took out the frustrations of having their pitch torn up by cars parking for the Saundersfoot Triathlon on Saturday morning by holding Hakin United’s seconds to a 2-2 draw at the Obs.

Jake Webster and Jack Franklin scored for the visitors.

At Hundleton, Dylan Davies and Jack Blunsden scored for the home team in their clash against Fishguard Sports, but the visitors proved too strong on the day as they ended up 5-1 winners, while Kilgetty won, too, beating Merlins Bridge seconds 4-3.

It’s been a good season so far for the Kingsmoor outfit, having won three of their four games to sit at the top of the table and if they continue to perform like they did on Saturday there is no reason why they can’t stay there.

Sean O’Neil scored twice for the hosts, with other goals coming from Josh and Steven Lewis.

A penalty by Owen James wasn’t enough to get Lawrenny over the line against St. Ishmaels, who ended up 2-1 winners, while it was an excellent day for St. Clears after they thrashed Solva 6-1.

In division three, Brace grabbed a brace at Carew seconds as Ceri scored twice against Pembroke Boro in their 3-1 win, with Harvey Langston netting the other, while Stuart Slater scored for the Boro.

Manorbier United picked up the biggest win of the day after a 10-2 win over Narberth seconds.

Jon McEwan and James Richards both scored three for the hosts, with Mike Ryder netting twice and Scott Smith and James Hall scoring one apiece in the one-sided win.

Pendine travelled to Pennar Robins and came away with a 5-2 win, while George Lander scored for St. Florence in their 4-1 defeat at home against Broad Haven.

Two goals from Wayne Boswell helped Monkton Swifts’ seconds secure a draw at Broad Haven seconds , while Mark Snelling and Lewis Driscoll scored for St. Clears’ seconds in their 4-2 defeat at Fishguard Sports.

Kilgetty seconds travelled to Llangwm seconds, but came away with nothing despite scoring four goals in an 8-4 defeat.

In division five, a goal by Adam Muskett failed to prevent Carew seconds from going down 2-1 at home against Pembroke Boro seconds, for whom Rhys Allison scored twice, while Cosheston beat Milford Athletic seconds 7-1 after a hat-trick by Luke Whitland, two from Dalton Boswell and one each for Lee Digan and Ryan Bowen.

Hundleton seconds beat Milford United thirds 3-0 thanks to goals by Alex Archer, Connor Hay and Sam Blunsden, while the game between Saundersfoot Sports’ seconds and Lawrenny seconds was postponed due to an unplayable pitch.
