There were not too many fixtures in the Manderwood Pembrokeshire AFL as poor weather caused the postponement of most of the games.

Narberth suffered another defeat as they were beaten at Clarbeston Road.

They lost 4-2 with Ashley Williams and Liam Price getting on the scoresheet for the visitors.

Narberth are now in sixth place in Divison One after their rivals leapfrogged them into fifth.

The rest of the games in Division One, including Carew v Fishguard Sports, Saundersfoot Sports v Merlins Bridge and St Clears v Monkton?Swifts, were all postponed.

In Division Two there was little joy for Lawrenny after they were thrashed 4-0 by Hundleton.

However, Kilgetty had something to shout about as they earned just their second point of 2020.

Playing away to Pennar Robins II, the visitors drew 3-3 in a six-goal thriller.

Moving on to Division Three and Pembroke Boro failed to start February in a winning fashion as they were beaten at Camrose.

This time last month Boro were celebrating after they beat Letterson 4-2.

Unfortunately for Pembroke they were trounced 4-1 by the home side.

Jason Evans scored what turned out to be a consolation for the away side.

Cosheston AFC, who had been in decent form since the turn of the year, were brought back to reality after they were thrashed by Clarbeston Road II.

The hosts, who had won their last two games since getting thumped 7-1 by their opponents in the reverse fixture, could do nothing as the visitors put four past their them to win the match 4-1.

Narberth II’s quest for Division Four cup glory continued with a 5-1 over St Ishmaels II.

A brace from Jac Webb and goals from Aiden Howitt, Rhys Hughes and Tom Evans sent their side through to the third round of the competition.

Tenby scraped though by the skin of their teeth after beating Neyland II in a seven-goal thriller.

Two goals from Leo Sarrionandia and others from Toby Rossiter and Billy Lawrence proved the difference on the day.

Kieron Howells, Ewan Scutt and Andrew Smith were the goalscorers for Neyland II.

In Division Four itself, Sean Seymour Davies’s brace was not enough as St Clears II went down 5-2 at Pennar Robins.

Finally in Division Five, Angle’s impressive winning run was ended after they lost 3-1 away at Johnston II.

Lee Duignan scored Angle’s only goal of the afternoon.

Elsewhere, there was a win for Saundersfoot Sports II while Pembroke Boro II lost 4-1 against Kilgetty II.

Carew III’s game with Lawrenny II was called off.
