Carew extended their lead at the top of division one with a resounding win over Kilgetty.
The league leaders won by nine wickets after bowling Kilgetty out for 94 thanks to Sean Whitfield’s 4-7.
Only Kyle Marsh with 39 got to grips with the visiting attack.
In reply, Rhys Davies hit 38 not out and Tom Scourfield 28 to see Carew home with ease.
Cresselly won, too, thanks to a six-wicket victory at Johnston.
For once, Daniel Sutton had a relative failure scoring just 25 in the Tigers’ 127 all out, in which Dan James took 5-30 and Neil Gregory 3-30.
In reply, 67 not out for Phil Williams and 26 from Iwan Izzard saw the visitors home.
Pembroke continue to struggle after they were dismissed for just 86 at home to Haverfordwest.
Phil Hay may have scored 40 and Barry Evans 21, but despite two wickets from Billy Wood, Haverfordwest had few issues in passing the total.
Cricket took a back seat at Whitland in an emotional game for Lawrenny who took the field while mourning the loss of second team player Lance Osborn.
As a result, Whitland, whose sportsmanship was noted by Lawrenny throughout the afternoon, scored 265-6 after a brilliant 132 for Dylan Blain and 84 for Wayne Howells.
Matthew Davies then took 4-45, Jonathan Thomas 3-25 and Iestyn Scourfield 3-50 as Lawrenny were all out for 159, despite 53 for Steve Lewis, 25 not out for Ryan Morton and 23 for Rob Williams, who earlier took 4-53.
The biggest shock of the afternoon was at Neyland after they were beaten by St. Ishmaels.
Bottom club Stackpole narrowly failed in their attempt to pick up their first win of the season after they had to settle for a draw at home to Burton.
Josh Davies scored 51 for the Lillies and Rob Mathias 44 in their 170-7, which was just short of Burton’s 183-5. Earlier Chris Gibbs took 2-16.
Narberth remain in second after yet another resounding victory, this time at Llanrhian.
The Cows were all out for 109 thanks to Ben Quartermaine’s 4-24 and Jordan Howell’s 4-41.
Narberth passed it for the loss of two wickets as Richie Adams hit 36 not out and Kyle Quartermaine 56.
Saundersfoot continue to impress too after a 66 run win at Haverfordwest seconds who were dismissed for 153 in pursuit of the visitors’ 219-8.
Tom Mansbridge hit 58 for the victors, while Sam Franklin took 2-25, but star of the show was James Caine thanks to his 68 and 3-35.
Meanwhile at Carew, the home team’s seconds beat Whitland seconds by six wickets.
The Borderers batted first and scored 120 all out, with Nick Evans hitting 59. Harry Cook took 3-22 for Carew and Nick Davies 6-17.
He hit 78 in the reply, too, to cap a great all-round day for him.
Matthew Lewis took 4-30 and Richard Harris 3-1 as Cresselly seconds beat Johnston seconds by 10 wickets.
The two bowlers had few issues against the opposition batsmen, while in reply, Neal Williams hit 43 not out and Billy Kinnear 15 not out.
A win, too, for Pembroke Dock after a seven-wicket victory over Haverfordwest thirds.
Nick Daley took 4-17, John Cumani 2-14 and Declan Scourfield 2-15 as Haverfordwest were all out for 76, with Peter Kingdom hitting 38 not out and Craig Butland 19 not out in the winning reply.
Lamphey got back to winning ways with a routine win over Llanrhian seconds after the Cows’ second string were all out for just 68 thanks to Andrew Skeels’ 5-17.
Pete McGilloway and Jake Griffiths both took a brace of wickets.
In reply, McGilloway hit 20 and Lewis Haines 19 as Lamphey lost three wickets in passing the total.
Lawrenny seconds were at home to Neyland seconds and they produced a great performance in tough circumstances to win by two wickets.
Neyland scored 146-6 in their innings as Kerry Jones took 3-14, while in reply, James Phillips hit 40, Andrew Cole 25 not out and Steve Cole 25.
Pembroke seconds were on the wrong end of a scintillating knock by Llechryd’s John Curran after he smashed them for an unbeaten 204.
He shared an unbroken first wicket stand of 283, with Tomos Davies who hit 57 not out.
In reply, Pembroke were all out for 94, despite 45 from Mark Fraser.
An unbeaten 70 from Chris Hawkes, together with 58 from Paul Morris and 23 and 4-20 by Corey Morris, helped Saundersfoot seconds beat Hook seconds by eight wickets.
Hook scored 163-7, while the hosts lost two wickets in passing their score.
John Williams made it a great day for the family after younger brother Phil scored runs for Cresselly in division one as the stylish left-hander hit an even 100 against Burton reserves.
Unfortunately, his great knock couldn’t help his side over the line as they had to settle for a draw in reply to the hosts’ 215-5, with Hundleton finishing on 160-4.
Kilgetty seconds had a torrid day at St. Ishmaels, losing by 130 runs after they were all out for just 58 in reply to the home team’s 188-4, while Narberth seconds made it a good day for the club with a seven-wicket win over Crymych.
Crymych scored 177-8, with Narberth losing three wickets in passing it, as David Johns hit 71 not out, Matthew Johns struck 64 not out while taking 2-16, together with Andrew Williams’s 3-27 and Nic Evans’ s 2-33.
Finally, in division five, Carew thirds’ Rhys Canton was once again in the wickets and runs as he took 5-26 and scored 28 in their four-wicket win over Llangwm seconds.
Ross Grieve also scored 63, while Aled Davies hit an unbeaten 25.
Llangwm scored 173-7, with Carew losing six wickets in their 175.
Pembroke Dock seconds almost pulled off a shock after they were all out for just 84 at Laugharne while taking six of the home team’s wickets as they stuttered to a win.
Andrew Wood scored 23 and took 3-23 for the Dock, with Glyn Griffiths hitting 14, while for Laugharne, Chris Wade took 4-25, James Incledon scored 27 and Craig Hurst 20.
Finally, there was tension at Whitland as the home team’s thirds narrowly won by two runs against Stackpole seconds.
Whitland were all out for 51, with Stackpole all out for 49!
Trystan Rees scored 15 for Whitand and Emyr Jenkins 10, while for Stackpole, Theo Hughes took 3-8 and George Smith 3-11.
