Brother and sister Alfie and Amelie Hall plan to take on the LCKinder challenge at Tenby for Long Course Weekend to raise funds for Hywel Dda Health Charities.
The LCKinder Splash 'N' Dash takes place on June 30, 2023 and sees participants take on a surf run across Tenby's North Beach with huge crowds supporting them all the way to the finish line.
The pair decided to take part in the event as Alfie is currently receiving incredible care and support from staff at Glangwili Hospital.
Alfie said: “I’m currently in Glangwilli having surgery as I have an infected toe. They’ve been treating me incredibly well, even after my cheeky request for pancakes for breakfast, which had all the nurses in stitches!”
