A FAMILY from Tenby are doing the Ironman Wales triathlon as a family of five this year; a very rare occurrence.

Ironman Wales 2025 competitors Chris and Lana Brace will be joined by son Jay, daughter Ella and son in-law Jordan Jones. This will be Chris’s fifth time, Lana’s sixth time, Jay’s second time, but Ella’s and Jordan’s very first time competing in Ironman Wales.

The whole family has been training very hard throughout the year no matter what the weather they will get it done. They train together each weekend, helping one another along the way.

They have all completed The Cotswold and Long Course Weekend 2025. Despite a couple bumps in the road, they all still smash the training day in and day out!
