Three sisters represented Dyfed Schools in the National Track and Field Championships in Cardiff earlier this month.

Thea Jenkins struck gold in her under 17s highjump competition and has now been selected to represent Wales at the international meeting in Dublin tomorrow (Saturday).

Flavia Jenkins took bronze in the junior 75m hurdles, while Nieve Jenkins won valuable points in javelin and 800m to help Dyfed Schools to win overall.
