Year 12 students, Tegan Foley and Esme Greer, recently competed in the first opeing fixture of the Welsh Athletics U17/U20/Senior League. The event took place at the Newport Athletics Stadium.

Sunday saw the girls once again proving themselves more than able to complete with the best in Wales. The girls competed in various track events, including the 100m, 200m and 400m, collecting both PBs and points for Pembrokeshire Harriers.

Tegan and Esme are looking forward to representing West Wales and competing in the UK Youth Development League (UKYDL) in the next few months.
