Upper and Lower Park Roads in Tenby will be closed to traffic for a period of time on Wednesday.

Members of Tenby town council were told at their meeting on Tuesday night that Pembrokeshire County Council has notified them that Upper and Lower Park Road (from South Parade to Quarry Cottages) will be closed to traffic between 6 and 10 pm on October 10 to allow for repairs to defective utility covers in the carriageway to be carried out.

The alternative route for vehicles will be Trafalgar Road, Queen’s Parade, Station Road, Warren Street and Greenhill Road.

Where practical vehicle access for affected properties will be maintained as will pedestrian access at all times.
