Local councillor David Boswell from Pembroke Dock helped raise £801.58 for Healing the Wounds via a bucket collection at Tesco in Pembroke Dock on November 30.

Clr. Boswell himself served in the British Army for 12 years in the 1st Battalion The Royal Regiment of Wales. He has been a key factor to raising funds for Healing the Wounds in the Pembroke area by holding many different events over the last three years and his continuing support for the charity is very much appreciated.

Healing the Wounds regional fundraising co-ordinator for West Wales, Alun Richards, would like to thank Clr. David Boswell, Ruth Howells, the very generous customers from Pembroke Dock and Tesco for allowing Healing the Wounds the opportunity to help raise awareness and much-needed funds to help them continue their vital work to help the Armed Forces, past and present, and the Emergency Services in Wales get the help they deserve.
