The church family at St. Michael and All Angels, Cosheston, are looking forward to Wednesday, March 26, when Bryan Hoey, the renowned Irish tenor from Dublin, will pay a return visit.
Bryan visited Pembrokeshire for the first time back in 2007 when he came to take part in a concert in aid of St. Michaels Church and this will be his fourth visit to help the church.
Also taking part in the concert, which will take place at St. Johns Church, Pembroke Dock, as it is a bigger venue than Cosheston, will be Pembroke and District Male Voice Choir and the children of Cosheston VC School.
Pembrokeshire's own talented pianist, Seimon Morris, will accompany both Bryan and the school choir.
Bryan has sung as principal tenor with opera companies in Ireland and the Isle of Man, as well as appearing with various choirs and choral societies in Ireland, England and on mainland Europe. Bryan has also been honoured by the Pope for his musical work in the Roman Catholic Church.
The concert will commence at 7.30 pm and tickets are available from Cosheston Church members or contact Mary James on 01646 684520.
