ON Monday at the Tenby Project, everyone was ready for the coffee morning early, resplendent in their new aprons specially printed by TeesRUs, eagerly awaiting people’s arrival, and making sure people got their drinks promptly. The raffle even got drawn early, people were thanked for coming, and as they left, hurried preparations were made for a quick departure.

What was the cause of all this haste? The group was heading for the bus stop to catch the open top double decker bus to Saundersfoot for the afternoon. This was duly done, and everyone who wanted to headed for the top floor. Once there, a choice of chippy was made, lunch bought, and eaten looking out over the beach. Lovely. After a wander down the Strand and a sit in the Sensory Garden, everyone headed back to the bus stop for another exciting journey home.

The day finished with a hot drink and a planning session for August. This Monday, August 1, the plan is to hold the regular coffee morning, and then have a games and film afternoon. Everyone is welcome to come for the coffee morning or for the afternoon. Just head along to Augustus Place, the Tenby Project is there from 10am to 4pm.
