Pembrokeshire County Council will shortly be going out to tender for a Framework Agreement for External Pre-Planned Repairs including Decoration to Council Housing Stock.

The Framework will consist of 4 lots as follows:

Lot A Repairs and Decoration (split into 5 geographical areas)

Lot B Decoration only (split into 5 geographical areas)

Lot C Estate Improvements

Lot D Disabled Adaptations

In order to help suppliers who may have had little or no experience working with or tendering for Pembrokeshire County Council, with the support of Business Wales, the Council is holding a Tendering Workshop which focuses on this particular Framework Agreement.

During this event you will receive information on the following:

• The tendering support available from Business Wales

• Introduction to the tender and how the Framework will be run

• How to complete your tender on the etenderwales portal

• An understanding of Community Benefits

• Question and answer sessions

This will be held at the Bridge Innovation Centre, Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, from 9am to 12.30 pm on Thursday, October 1.
