More design ideas looking into the possibility of expanding Tenby’s skatepark are set to be discussed at the end of the month.
Skateboarding enthusiasts looking to see if their facility in Tenby could be extended could have their wish come true.
The town clerk, Andrew Davies, told members of the town council at their meeting on Tuesday night that he was due to meet with another contractor/designer on November 29 at the skateboard park which sits alongside Tenby’s Jubilee Play Area, overlooking the South Beach, to see what is achievable.
Mr. Davies recently met with a representative from a leisure firm to look at design options available at the facility, after skateboard enthusiasts touted the idea of the park being extended.
Councillors were also informed that work to resurface the pavements and pathways alongside the park was scheduled to begin on November 22.
