The scene at Tenby’s North Walk zig zags where a 10-foot section of wall collapsed due to heavy rain on Tuesday night. Pembrokeshire County Council are assessing the damage and will repair and make safe the wall. The zig zags will remain closed whilst these investigations and subsequent work takes place. Other access points to the North Beach remain open.
Pembrokeshire County Council are also still trying to establish ownership of land following a rock fall at South Beach, Tenby, on Tuesday.
“We are satisfied there is no immediate danger and all loose rock has come away,” said a spokesman for the local authority.
