Three teenagers are currently undertaking a charity walk across Wales.
Carys Bird, aged 18, Gareth Whatley, 17, and Tom Bevan (16) are raising money for Save the Children.
They are aiming to raise over £2,000 by walking over 200km in nine days from Cardiff to St. David's.
This week they were in Pembrokeshire and en route dropped in to see us at our offices in Tenby.
All three, who live in Cardiff, love the freedom of walking and have realised over the years how lucky they have been in their up-bringing and want to try and pass on some of their happiness to other children.
