The friends of Cosheston WI recently held a very successful Strawberry Tea in aid of the charity Breast Cancer Care.

Due to inclement weather, it was held in the Village Hall and was extremely well supported, enabling the hard-working ladies to raise the magnificent sum of £640.

Pictured are some of the helpers with their cheque which was later presented to Sheila Ralph, Pembrokeshire's support volunteer.

They are June Wheeler, Mary James, Maureen Davies, Nicola Hopper, Janet Hallett, Dinah Reed and Jan Howell.
