The Rotary Club of Saundersfooot’s annual charity quiz was recently held at the village’s Merlewood Hotel, with seventeen teams competing for the ‘winners’ shield) .

A most successful evening produced £338 raised for charitable causes, including Wales Ambulance who were presented on the night with a cheque for £290.

Refreshments were served during the convivial and lighthearted quiz which featured various subjects, set again by veteran question master Rotarian Ian Nicholls who has been arranging this Charity Quiz for over thirty consecutive years.
