PRP Training's very own catering tutor, Jamie Bessant has released his first cooking book, entitled 'Starters, Mains and Desserts', to the students at PRP Catering Academy.
Consisting of four starters, four mains and four desserts, the book gives students the opportunity to practise and develop the techniques taught to them in the PRP Kitchen.
"The concept behind the book is to break down the barriers of cooking and show individuals of all ages different levels of cooking," said Jamie, who wishes for students to take the recipes in the book and develop them in their own ways to suit their tastes and requirements.
As well as the book, Jamie has launched a PRP Catering Academy You Tube channel where students can watch video tutorials on the recipes taught to them within the PRP kitchen.
Proceeds generated by book sales go into the PRP Catering Academy Kitchen Fund which supplies ingredients and equipment to make the students' experience more beneficial.
