This summer’s open air theatre season starts at Carew Castle on Tuesday (July 30), with a glittering red-carpet rendition of William Shakespeare’s tragedy Romeo and Juliet.

You are invited to this exclusive, glamourous gala event attended by two notorious celebrity families, the Montagues and the Capulets.

Carew Castle Manager Daisy Hughes said: “With the press reporting their every move and social media abuzz with their escapades, tensions are running high.

There’s only one question on everybody’s lips - will these two families behave or will it be another fiery battle at dawn as the fabulous feud continues?

“Join us for this super glam outdoor adaptation featuring Shakespeare’s star crossed lovers, Romeo and Juliet.”

Tickets for the event are £15 for adults, £12.50 for concessions and £10 for children. A family ticket (two adults and two children) is £46.

To ensure a comfortable evening, bring a rug or low backed chair, warm clothing and a torch. Picnics are welcome but hot drinks will be available.
