Married recently at St. Mary’s Church, Pembroke, were Richard Hughes and Sian Alderman.

The groom is the son of Kevin Hughes, of Haverfordwest, and Sandra Ellis, of Pembroke Dock, while the bride is the daughter of Hazel Alderman, of Pembroke Dock.

The bride, celebrating her birthday on this day, was given away by her son, Morgan Alderman Bowen. She wore a white wedding gown with detailed bodice complemented with a cathedral veil. She carried a bouquet of cream roses and gypsophila.

Bridesmaids were Sarah Alderman (bride’s twin sister), Carys Lloyd, Kara Hughes, Robyn Alderman and Taya Jones (nieces). The flower girl was the couple’s daughter, Bailey Alderman Hughes.

Best man was Mr. James Probert, while groomsmen were Neil Hughes (groom’s brother), Gareth Lewis, Marcus Lyons and Stuart James (friends). The page boy was the couple’s son, Orrin Alderman Hughes.

A beautiful reception was held at The Snooty Fox, Martletwy.

They have made their home in Pembroke.
