Parents and guardians of children entitled to Free School Meals are being reminded of important upcoming changes to the way the meals are paid.

The current system of vouchers redeemable at Tesco stores is valid up to and including Friday, May 1.

But from Monday, May 4, your Free School Meal entitlement will be paid by bank transfer, for the two weeks up to Friday, May 15.

The rate is £3.90 per day, per child.

For the Council to pay this money, we must have your bank account details. 

All those entitled to Free School Meals should have received a letter from us about the changes.

It is very important that you provide PCC with your bank details as soon as you can, as they will not be able to get the money to you without them.Please ensure all details on the form, including National Insurance number, are completed before returning.
